Matt Le Noury brings over 25 years of experience in fund and Company Administration, having worked across major European Fund jurisdictions. Before co-founding Rocqpool, Matt served as European Head of Private Capital at a leading global fund administrator and was Managing Director of a Guernsey-licensed fund administration firm. During his career Matt held various board positions on Guernsey & Luxembourg based funds and investment entities.
Throughout his career, Matt has successfully built and led teams across Accounting, Investor Relations, Corporate Secretarial, Treasury, Risk & Control and Compliance functions. His expertise extends to global private capital software solutions, ensuring operational efficiency, best-in-class delivery and forward thinking solutions.
Matt is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and is committed to driving high-quality yet cost-effective value to clients.

David Pledge brings over 25 years of experience in funds and regulatory compliance, with a career rooted in Guernsey’s financial services sector. Before co-founding Rocqpool, David served as a Board Director of a licensed fund administrator and held senior roles including MLRO, MLCO, and Compliance Officer.
David has designed end-to-end governance, risk, AML and anti-financial crime programs. His expertise includes maintaining key relationships and managing complex regulatory interactions with precision and confidence.
Holding an MA from the University of Exeter and an International Diploma in AML (ICA), David combines academic rigor with practical insight. Today, he is focused on delivering enterprise-grade compliance solutions without bureaucracy, helping clients navigate regulatory landscapes efficiently and effectively.
